Monitor the Floor
LCD monitors can be strategically placed throughout the building, allowing servers to visually note the location of each call and to determine, based on color coding, how long the guest has been waiting for service.
Providing ambient light and row designations, the T1000RL Row Light also illuminates to alert staff of an active call in each respective row.
Located near the entrance of each auditorium, the T1000TL Theatre Light provides additional notification when calls are present.
Onsite paging allows managers to be paged when any guest has been waiting too long. Optionally, servers can use pagers for notification of each service call.
The T1000CA Audio alert is ideal in loud environments, such as kitchens, to notify and remind staff of active calls.
PlexCall View allows any compatible Wi-Fi tablet or device to display all calls within the building. Additional features allow notification on yellow and/or red seats, monitoring individual theatres, or a user-defined list of theatres.
