This utility allows theatre owners to view historical service times and calls. Next time you receive a complaint about service, you can review information pertaining to the offending call.

Product Replacement

After speaking with a technical representative, should we be unable to repair the problem we will provide immediate replacement.

Reduced cost on-site repairs

If it should be necessary to perform on-site repair, Gold plan participants receive travel fees at cost with no additional labor expense.
